1. Principle
The calculation of sample concentration is based on the Beer-Lambert law,

Where A is the measured absorbance, ε is the molar absorption coefficient, b is the path length, and c is the concentration.

3. Nucleic Acid:
1, A260. The concentration and purity of DS-DNA, SS-DNA and RNA and others.
2, Micro Array. The concentration of fluorescent dye labeled nucleic acid (micro array), for it can measure the concentration of the nucleic acid and the dye at the same time.
4. Protein:
1, Protein A280. The concentration of the protein (1Abs = 1mg/mL), BSA, IgG, Lysozyme, Labels and Others;
2, Protein Kit Method. The concentration of protein with protein assay kit (Lowry, BCA, Bradford and Others), and the software can create standard curves and report directly the concentration of the sample.
5. UV/VIS:
The UV/VIS can measure full-spectrum (190~850nm) absorbance scan.
6. Cell Culture:
It can measure the concentration of suspended cell cultures.
7. Kinetics:
The instrument can make time-based kinetics measurements. The software only support kinetics measurement using cuvette module.
